If your purchase is returned within 45 days of your order date we will gladly exchange or refund (less initial shipping costs) your purchase. We regret that we cannot accept worn or laundered items for exchange.
If you receive a product from us that is damaged in any way please contact us at the phone number or E-mail address below and we will take care of this for you and you will receive new merchandise or a quick refund.
If the item does not fit and you need a different size, then that is no problem, just return the item/items to us at the address provided on the return slip with instructions on the change you need and if we have your size in stock we will gladly re-ship you the item for $2.95 charged to the card info we have on file. If your return is our fault then your product will be returned free and your shipping costs to us will be refund on your Credit/Debit card.
