Pros Choice Athletic Stores Inc. was founded in 1991 as a specialty retailer providing our customers with apparel & merchandise for their favorite Pro or College team. Originally located in mall based stores in Texas and Louisiana our first online fan gear store opened in 1999 and AllAmericanCollegeJerseys became part of our online enterprises in 2001 so that we could better service our College customers. At the same time our fulfillment center in Longview Texas opened so that We could take care of our customers. We strive to offer our customers the best products and service we can and do our best to make their online shopping experience as easy and safe as possible. All orders received by 2PM CST IF IN Stock should ship (not be delivered) on the same business day of the receipt of your order. Please allow 2-5 business days (no Saturday or Sunday delivery) for delivery of your package after we ship in the lower 48 states. Please allow 7-10 business days in Alaska and Hawaii for delivery of you order via the US Postal Service. If your order is on backorder you will be notified by E-mail about the approximate shipping date and your credit card will not be billed until the order is shipped. We will never substitute one item for another unless you request it.
Each time an order is placed, an approval code (hold) will be placed on your account for the amount of the order.
In order to process your order the billing address you enter MUST match the address your credit card company has on file for you. If the address does not match, we will hold the order and e-mail to let you know. Once we receive the correct address, a second approval code (hold) may then be placed on your account for the amount of the order.
If you are using a DEBIT CARD, please be aware it usually takes 24 hours to 15 days for a bank to remove an approval code.
We reserve the right to sell or ship to anyone. Our receiving of an order does not mean that the order is accepted. Orders are accepted when the final charge is made to the credit card.
We cannot refund freight charges due to weather delays.
APO and FPO orders are sent at a flat rate of $5.95, please select the (APO-Military) scroll bar as your shipping method and the order will be sent by US Mail Service which usually takes 10-18 business days for delivery. Sorry we cannot send 2-day or 3-day air by US Mail. We can only ship a maximum of $100.00 by US Mail to FPO and APO addresses.
We are retail only, we do not wholesale.
We cannot ship or bill to PMB boxes or college dorms.
Only credit card holders can place orders.
If shipping to the card holder address, the card holders name must appear as the ship to person.
Your satisfaction is money back guaranteed! if you need to exchange or return any item, please return it within 45 days of purchase with your instructions, we will recharge your card $3.95 for reshipping. If your purchase is returned within 45 days of your order date we will gladly exchange or refund (less initial shipping costs) your purchase. We regret that we cannot accept worn or laundered items for exchange.
